This was the second intervention I managed, running in parallel with the On-site Medical Center.
In this case, the project involved Medical Clinics supporting the Racing Drivers' Team, located within the Fiorano Modenese Racetrack Circuit.
The proposed solutions, which were also supplied directly by the Company, had to be developed while taking several key factors into account:
- suitability of the spaces for clinical activities, ensuring a seamless connection and continuity with an existing adjacent building;
- upgrading the entire building to meet current regulatory requirements following the new expansion;
- visual consistency with the surrounding buildings;
- ensuring necessary vehicular access for emergency vehicles, cars, and company transport.
Once again, maintaining utmost discretion and ensuring full access to the areas throughout the construction phase was of paramount importance, in order to prevent any disruption to daily business operations.
A
prestigious
location
The project area is situated within a prestigious yet highly sensitive context:
the Fiorano Modenese Formula 1 Racetrack.
The entire project was managed end-to-end, from the initial draft designs and preliminary estimates through to the final realization of the new expansion, following necessary approvals.
My role within the team covered several key areas:

Permit and Construction Design: Drafting all architectural drawings and technical reports required for building permit applications and for the construction company.

Construction Administration Support: Conducting site inspections, coordinating with various contractors and trades, and participating in site meetings, followed by regular updates to the project documentation.

Stakeholder Management: Managing relations with the Client and all parties involved, consistently ensuring clarity, precision, and punctuality.

Final Handover: Completing the building permit procedures and final project accounting.
The result is a new masonry building with clean, modern lines, fully consistent with the surrounding structures and equipped with every comfort and technical requirement.
To complete the project, the existing underground utilities and outdoor areas were also reorganized, ensuring a clean layout and proper access for all necessary vehicles.
The success of this project, carried out in a highly sensitive context, is a source of great professional pride!
