After the experience in the Retail sector, my professional journey evolved towards a very different industry: the Automotive world.
During this phase, I worked alongside a senior professional in managing one of their major and key Corporate Clients.
Our role was to act as a true operational extension of their Technical Department, providing an important support that ranged from feasibility studies to project execution, covering both indoor spaces and the outdoor areas of the various buildings.
The work areas were primarily located within the Production and Maintenance departments.
Given the highly sensitive nature of these contexts, a fundamental requirement for every activity was absolute discretion and confidentiality, as well as maintaining full access to the areas throughout the duration of the various construction sites, which had to be managed without ever disrupting daily production workflows.

HIGH
STANDARDS
of excellence
The project areas are located within the Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO) plant, an environment characterized by even higher standards of excellence and technical complexity.
I was responsible for the technical and design phases, primarily focusing on:
-
Permit Design: Drafting all architectural drawings and technical reports required for building permit applications and for the construction company.
-
Building Permit Management: Submitting the various applications and managing relations with the Local Authorities to secure the necessary approvals to proceed.
-
Construction Administration Support: Conducting site inspections and participating in site meetings, followed by regular updates to the project documentation.
-
Final Handover: Completing and closing all building permit procedures.

This experience represented a milestone in my professional evolution, marking a true turning point in my career.
Hands-on site management within such a prestigious context allowed me to gain a new level of technical maturity, transforming theory into a real, more practical vision that now guides every design choice I make.
