A new
MEDICAL HUB
With the support of an excellent team of professionals, I designed and delivered the new on-site medical clinic on behalf of your prestigious Client.
The objective was to replace the existing facility—which had to be decommissioned for organizational reasons—and recreate it in a more convenient and visible location for both employees and emergency vehicles.
The proposed solutions, provided directly by the Company, had to be developed taking several key factors into account:
- suitability of spaces to host outpatient medical activities;
- implementing any adjustments required to meet the standards set by current regulations;
- ensuring the necessary vehicular access for emergency services, cars, and company vehicles.
Finally, given the strategic nature of this facility, a strict project timeline had to be guaranteed, alongside ensuring zero disruption to vehicle traffic for the entire duration of the construction site, so as not to interrupt daily business operations.

SPACE
The project area is located at the heart of the historic and iconic luxury sports car manufacturer based in Maranello (MO).
The choice of location was particularly interesting: the new facility was created within an existing, unused corporate space, giving me the opportunity to implement innovative design solutions and optimize the workspace environment.
My role within the design team covered several key areas:

Permit & Construction Design: Drafting all architectural drawings and technical reports for building permit applications and for the construction company.

Construction Administration Support: Conducting site inspections, coordinating with the various trades and contractors, and participating in site meetings, followed by regular updates to the project documentation.

Stakeholder Management: Managing relations with the Client and all parties involved, ensuring a constant standard of clarity, precision, and punctuality.

Final Handover: Completing and closing all building permit procedures, followed by final project accounting.
Site management required meticulous planning to ensure high-quality construction within a tight schedule and without interfering with the Client’s sensitive operations. This demanded flexibility, rapid problem-solving, and constant quality control.
Despite the logistical challenges, the project was successfully completed!
The result is a modern new space, fully equipped with every technical requirement and comfort. To complete the work, existing underground utilities were also upgraded and the outdoor areas were redesigned, ensuring an organized layout and proper access for all necessary vehicles.
