When I joined the Archilinea team, I was appointed - alongside a group of three other professionals - to manage an international client owning a well-known supermarket chain.
Our objective was to support regional managers (specifically for the Emilia Romagna region) in the brand's real estate expansion.
Adhering to their corporate design guidelines, we were responsible for the end-to-end development of every assigned project: from the initial feasibility study and site layout planning to the final construction.

To effectively manage this high volume of work, we distributed tasks according to our respective expertise.
My specific role within the team covered several key areas, tailored to each project's unique requirements:
- Schematic and Permit Design: drafting all architectural drawings, technical drawings, and technical reports required for building permit.
- Building Permit Management: submitting building applications and managing relations with Local Authorities to secure all necessary approvals to proceed.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintaining regular contact with the Client and all involved parties, ensuring maximum clarity, precision, and on-time delivery.
While managing a project that remains particularly close to my heart due to its complexity, I also had the opportunity to expand my skills into further technical areas:
- Construction Design: preparing comprehensive architectural packages and reports for both the Client and the construction company.
- Construction Administration Support: conducting site inspections, coordinating with various subcontractors, and participating in site meetings, followed by the systematic updating of technical drawings.
- Final Handover: complete the building permit procedures and drafting part of the essential hand-over documentation for the Client.

At our peak operational capacity, we managed approximately 9 projects in a single year, spanning across the planning, ongoing construction, and completed phases.
